I was in the market for a used late model ML350 and was apprehensive about purchasing used car from a dealer. My only other car purchase (Volvo) was made on the internet (cardirect.com) partly because I did not have a good experience at the dealerships that I attempted to work with. This was not the case at MB White Plains. It was a pleasure working with Sam Brown. He was patient, answered all of my questions, provided all of the information that I requested, was respectful and did not give me a hard sell. I was equally pleased that Bob Carol was able to get me a slightly better rate on my auto loan and a significant savings on my auto insurance. I never thought that I would actually save money purchasing a Mercedes. I would definitely recommend MB White Plains to friends and family, and would certainly use them again if I purchase another Mercedes. More
