Kyle Lowe is the best automobile salesperson I have ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable, fair, and accurate. I does exactly what she promises and is totally dependable. Be descriptive!. It is pretty simple. To me a Benz bought in Brooklyn or NJ is the same Benz in white plains. So it is just a matter of price bottom line, BUT how we get to that price is all a matter of the in Brooklyn or NJ is the same Benz in white plains. So it is just a matter of price bottom line, BUT how we get to that price is all a matter of the personality of the dealer. The last 3 cars I leased/Purchased were totally thru the Internet. My wife and I looked at the car a while back and then I did my research. There were some dealerships that would not give me a price unless I came in. My time is very valuable to me as is to MB too. Derik was up front and worked with me til we made a deal that I was happy with. I showed him the quotes I was given and told him what I wanted to pay. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with over the Internet. At the end of the day this was the best deal I made with a car dealer in a long time, and I don't mean the $$ amount of the deal. I came about 1 & 1/2 hours away from the white plains dealership and derik got me in and out as fast as possible, and because he knew from my dealing on the Internet that I just wanted to sign and drive. My father is retired and would love to sit in the dealership for 10 hours before he went home in a new car, but I don't have that luxury. The way I emailed Derik, he knew I didn't need or want to drive the car, I gave him the options I wanted and didn't want and he gave me the car I wanted. Thanks to Derick of MB. More
I leased a brand new car on Dec 31st. After 3 days and 40 miles the 'check engine' light came on. Four phone calls and 4 days later before Mercedes would agree to take the car in - the kept insisting it 40 miles the 'check engine' light came on. Four phone calls and 4 days later before Mercedes would agree to take the car in - the kept insisting it was nothing - I had not put the gas cap on properly - the fact I had never even taken the gas cap off makes this impossible. On my 4th phone call, which was to the service dept, they had no record of me on file and went through a 15 minute painful process of gathering all my details again (the girls in the back office hadn't time to key all the information in on the system yet as it was busy at year end). This was Sat lunchtime and they could not take the car in until Monday at which stage I was overseas for 8 days. I left the car in the day I got back from overseas, and it has been a total comedy of errors ever since. That was two weeks ago, and I still do not have my car back. They called the day I left it in and then the next day saying they had to order a part. Then it all went silent and not until I called Mercedes more than 5 days later did it even occur to them that they still had my car. Apparently a second part was required, that no-one communicated to me and they were waiting on this second part coming in. 4 days later they called to say the part would be in the next day and the car would be worked on immediately. at 3.30pm the next day they called to say the car was fixed but needed to be tested and that it wouldn't be ready until Monday. It is now lunchtime Monday and I have heard nothing from Mercedes. It seems very strange to me that a car that is 3 days old with 40 miles on the clock should need not one but two new parts and this whole process should take 2 weeks. In addition to that the customer service on handling this issue has been absolutely appalling. No communication, days going by with no-one updating me on what has been going on. Overall just awful. I lease a luxury vehicle and expect luxury service. As part of the lease agreement, one of the perks was that Mercedes picked up the cost of Sirius Radio and Mbrace for 6 months. I cannot even enjoy the benefits of this for the 6 month period given my car has been in the garage for such a long time. Its beyond frustrating and I am all out of any level on understanding on how this process could be handled so poorly. More

This dealership sold my husband and I a brand new car that within 2 months we were back 4 times in the service dept. From the steering being put on crooked, to them having to replace the skocks, and repl that within 2 months we were back 4 times in the service dept. After expressing our complete dissatisfication with the vehile they were "so sorry" and said "i wish there was something i could do" but in the end did nothing except made us lose out on a lot of money. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
Everything was great. I rated the price a 4 only because it is a Mercedes and the prices are normally higher than I would have wanted to spend. But having said that I do think I got a good deal.
