Tom and the dealership really went above and beyond my expectations when I decided to buy a certified pre-owned E class from them. I had some issues prior to delivery, which affected my trade in that they expectations when I decided to buy a certified pre-owned E class from them. I had some issues prior to delivery, which affected my trade in that they were buying me out of 5 months early. I thought that there would be no way we could still keep our pre-negotiated deal, and have me walk away with my dream car. However, Tom Chen really came through. Not only was he understanding of my situation; he assured me that he can continue to get me into the new Mercedes as originally spoke about. Tom kept his word to the very end, I then came in for a re-evaluation of my trade, and everything worked out superb. Tom is a sales associate that you can feel comfortable buying a car from. He is super knowledgeable, detail oriented, and is extremely friendly. Its not every day that you go and buy a luxury vehicle, so why not go to the sales associate who will treat you right. Tom even threw in a complimentary set of all weather floor mats, which was very nice. He is always available on his cell phone for any questions, and always is prompt to respond to all emails and text messages. I am very glad I have made the choice to purchase my vehicle not only from this dealership, but from Tom Chen. More

I found Kyle to be an absolute pleasure to work with. We went over my desires, finances, trade in value for my current car and other criteria. This included registration, loan paperwork, insurance etc. Very easy and painless. Finally, when I arrived to take possession of the car Kyle was very informative giving my wife and I a compete orientation of the car and demonstrating the various features. She even programmed the Blue Tooth function for my Blackberry! I found Kyle and the rest of the MB White Plains office to be very professional and courteous. He was extremely knowledgable, always available (even after closing the deal), and even took care of many of the little things that other dealers I have worked with in the past wouldn't do (for example, all of the interfacing with my insurance company).
