Great experience at this dealership. Having been a long time Lexus customer, I was a little apprehensive as this was my first time considering a Mercedes Benz. However, my salesperson, Shawn Crosby, knew time Lexus customer, I was a little apprehensive as this was my first time considering a Mercedes Benz. However, my salesperson, Shawn Crosby, knew the vehicle, answered all of my questions and concerns and made the decision for me much easier, and what's not to love about a Mercedes! There were no surprises at closing and the original trade in price for my Lexus remained unchanged. I took delivery of my new Mercedes 2 weeks ago and Shawn has called me to follow up on several occasions and to see if he could answer any questions I might have about my new Mercedes. Shawn has also extened an open invitation for me to stop by the dealership any time to go over any aspects of operating the vehicle.
