Over the years, Eric and the dealership's service department have improved to take advantage of new technologies that help me make appointments and drop off and pickup my car for service faster. Even though there is a Mercedes dealership closer to where I live, I still return to White Plains to purchase my new cars and for all my service because of the great advice and support Eric provides. I had gotten a flat on my front right tire yesterday (Presidents Day Holiday) and informed this dealership. They confirmed that they had the tire in stock and told me they could replace it asap when I (Presidents Day Holiday) and informed this dealership.
