For starters, when I took the car in for service, they gave me a ride home because they most likely would have to keep the car all day. I took the car in for a new set of tires--Four tires for the price o gave me a ride home because they most likely would have to keep the car all day. I took the car in for a new set of tires--Four tires for the price of three--A really great deal! Eric contacted me to see if I wanted to have the tires aligned, which he said is usually done when new tires are installed. I declined because I was not aware of any uneven tire wear. Nevertheless, he aligned the tires anyway and did not charge me for the service. That is customer service at the highest level! In addition, they must have conducted a thorough check of the car because they found other repairs that needed to be made. The new tires were installed and the additional work was completed the same day. Finally, they came to give me a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. I have no doubt that the Service Department sells more cars than the Sales Department! I just do not see how any dealership could possibly surpass the customer service that the Service Department renders at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains. Best regards, Dave House More
