Tom was extremely knowledgeable and competent in resolving the problem of downloading my contacts from my new i phone into my car. Before getting out of my car he noticed that the headrests were in resolving the problem of downloading my contacts from my new i phone into my car. Before getting out of my car he noticed that the headrests were in a "rear ended" position. Immediately he got a tool and reset them to the proper position. The day before four different service people were in my car trying to fix the phone problem without success and not one of them noticed the headrests. Tom is truly an exceptional person with technical issues as well as people skills. He is a tremendous asset to the team at White Plains. More
