As I waited for my new car to be manufactured and delivered, Frank called me several times to keep me apprised of the build and shipment statuses. As soon as my car was available for pick-up he contacted me and advised me of exactly what I need to bring and when so that I could drive away in my new car. On the date of pick-up, he showed me the various controls in my car and explained the basic workings of the many different electronic systems. Afterwards he called me to make sure everything was going well and immediately addressed my concerns when I stated I thought my car was making a weird grinding noise. He immediately helped me set up a service appointment and accompanied me during the drive with the mechanic. everything turned out to be ok and Frank made sure to remind me to contact him at any time for any reason about my new car.
