Several months ago, I requested an online quote (which most dealerships won't give you directly without a phone/sales call). I was contacted via email by Frank, who answered very promtly and clearly. He gave me a break down of my payments and options. Being such a busy person who is unable to talk on the phone, I was pleasantly surprised that Frank replied to my several emails. I knew that if I were to eventually decide to lease with Mercedes, I would do business with Frank. So, sure enough, a few months later, I was ready to lease. I went to visit another Mercedes dealer just to see what they could offer. Long story short, they could not match the offer Frank got me. I called Frank immediately after leaving their dealership and he searched his database to find me the EXACT model with options that I wanted, unlike the other dealer who wanted me to settle for whatever model they had on site. The car was located in Atlantic City, N.J. I felt somewhat intimidated walking into a mercedes dealership for the very first time in my life and being surrounded by so much high-end merchandise. Sure enough, after meeting Frank, I was made to feel like part of the White Plains Mercedes family. I signed the paperwork late on a Thursday night (Frank stayed past his shift time to accomodate me) and by the following Wednesday, the car had arrived. I drove to the Kia dealership to return my current lease AND FRANK EVEN PICKED ME UP FROM THERE. We arrived back at Mercedes and when I saw the car for the first time my breathe was taken away. My fantasy had become reality and Frank made it possible. He sat in the car with me for an extra 20minutes going over every detail. Oh btw, IT WAS HIS DAY OFF. Basically, Frank bends over backwards for his clients. Many salesman can claim to do that but very few probably back it up with action. Frank is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and an overall great guy. Very positive and upbeat. I plan on leasing many more vehicles with him over the coming years. More
