Right from the beginning, I knew Alex was the right salesperson for me. Very knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Great customer service with very competent and committed managers. The interactions over the phone and in person are always cordial and attentive. As with any business enterprise there are many moving piece managers. The interactions over the phone and in person are always cordial and attentive. As with any business enterprise there are many moving pieces and sometimes things do not move precisely as expected. The service managers are there to nudge things alone. That is how you see what a customer focused organization can do. For instance, when the key to my car got misplaced after the service wash, the service manager mobilized everyone he could muster and when that did not produce the right outcome in a few short minutes, immediately arranged for a loaner car so I would not be affected by the delay. They soon found the key and immediately contacted me to update and check how I wanted to proceed. Things not always run perfectly, but good companies know how to deal with them. Pricing is on the upper side of Mercedes-Benz dealerships but as stated on a placard in the shop: "The bitter taste of bad quality lingers a lot longer than a cheap price!". I do not intend to replace my Mercedes-Benz any time soon but when that happens I hope to sales folks are are competent and committed as the service managers. More
