He does not pull wool over your eyes or double talk you. He tells it like it is and you don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of. He cares about his customers just as doctors care about their patients. If you have a problem or concern no matter what time of the day or what day of the week it is, he is there for you. Can’t say that for a car salesman. Usually once the deal is done, they forget who you are and move on to the next potential customer. Not Tom Chen. Superb Experience I wanted to take the time to share that my experience at Mercedes Benz of White Plains was EXCELLENT. I normally do not write reviews, but I was so p I wanted to take the time to share that my experience at Mercedes Benz of White Plains was EXCELLENT. I normally do not write reviews, but I was so pleased with the service I received from the sale person, Tom Chen and his manager was so outstanding, I had to write. My wife and I went into the dealership (we had three previous Mercedes) expecting to tell Mercedes we were going to Volvo this time. However, the discussions (not negotiations) went very well. Tom was perfect! He discussed our options, what he was able to do for us and we agreed. Tom took the time to get to know us (our previous sale person was not there) and Tom's attention to our needs along with a great price is what convinced us to stay with Mercedes. I cannot say enough about Tom and his work with us. We were completely satisfied. I would totally recommend Tom and Mercedes Benz of White Plains to anyone looking for a luxury car. We will definitely go back again! More
