Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. Rep discusses terms and says too late to do paperwork that day and will not take payment to reserve car. Makes appointment for a day later, sells car to someone else without calling until after paying b that day and will not take payment to reserve car. Only offers to contact if sale falls through...nothing for the broken appointment or the costs and time spent on seeing a car that is no longer for sale. If I walked in I could have bought the car. This was the worst sales experience I have ever had and the worst customer service. MB of White Plains does not care. If you want a car ignore your sales person. They do not care about your time. Initially he was okay , typical salesman. Once we got approved he was acting arrogant and kept blaming Mercedes system for his incompetence.Anyways the sale was done without getting any discount nor full disclosure on various items. Within the first 15 days of buying the car unfortunately got in to a small accident and the person who hit the car was nice and ready to pay out of pocket . Went to this location and met their body shop guy MICHAEL WHITE . The most unprofessional gentleman , lack of knowledge, kept saying “PARTNER” , and gave an estimate and an appointment for December 12 2022 . Advised will arrange a loaner , since then to today January 20 2023 never heard from him . Have no record of my appointment. When I called his assistant Ms ZORAIDA have no clue what’s going on . Assured me he will call me as soon as he is back from lunch( I believe he’s still eating his lunch ) tried reaching out to JEFFERSON. As usual I will call you right back . No response. After getting frustrated with the situation decided to reach out to general manager spoke to Mr JIMMY MACAGNA on December 21 2022 . Explained everything, also expressed we are interested in a brand new car GLS 600 MAYBACK. Right away he wanted to get the sale and said don’t go to any other dealership . And advised will be correcting the mistake . Also will be calling back in the next 20 mins after finding out what went wrong . ( still waiting for that call ) finally decided to get money back for the repair , that’s another task as MR WHITE nor ZORAIDA wants to return the money . After repeated calls service Manager MR JOHN HUNT calls me back and fixed everything also apologized for everything. Well how can you blame the employees when the general manager doesn’t care about their customers. I think their motto is we will call you back but will never . So keep waiting !!!! So my suggestion to everyone STAY AWAY from this place . They are not fit to be in a customer service industry especially a big name like Mercedes-Benz. A big disgrace to the name PEPE MOTORS . My advise go some other place and spend your money where your business is appreciated. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE. More

( A run flat ) The both of them gave her their undivided attention to park the car safely , inspect her tire and schedule a service appointment for the following day. When it comes to them giving your money back for a Lease Service Agreement they dont return calls or emails. Same goes when they make a mistake and never terminate your Mercedes me from a vehicle you traded Service Agreement they dont return calls or emails. I've purchased two vehicles from MB White Plains in the past 10 years Both great experiences. On 9/10/22 I went to MB to speak with a sales rep (Ralph), whom I had spoken with prior months ago, regarding t past 10 years Both great experiences. On 9/10/22 I went to MB to speak with a sales rep (Ralph), whom I had spoken with prior months ago, regarding the purchase of a new 2023 GLS 450. I noticed him on the showroom floor speaking to older woman and her family. I noticed something not right in their conversation. That should've been my indication not to purse my business with him. Once finished he came over and greeted me. He blurted if you're here for a GLS 450 to forget about it because there are none". He suggested I look into a GLE 350. I asked him what was the difference between a GLE 350 and a 450 engine because I was content with my current vehicle and wanted something similar. He assured me both were very similar. The difference was the size of the car. It seemed that I had no choice but to go with the 350. I told him that I was thinking about a blue car. He responded "we only have them in blue, black and white, that's it!". I told him I wanted the illuminating Mercedes emblem and he blurted, "OH, that's going to cost you another $500 (sounded like he thought I couldn't afford it). He said "We can't make changes to these cars" in a condescending tone. I asked him if it were possible to have my car washed while I was there and his response was "NO". I asked him why not and he said "priority was for cars that were recently sold and need to go out and cars that were in for service". I told him that I was there to purchase a car and he stated, " if you purchase a car today I'll make it happen". WOW. We sat down and I reminded him that I was interested in a 2023 that would be similar to my current car. He attempted to get the info for my 2018 GLS 450. but he couldn't. I told him that it seemed like he was having a bad day since his demeanor was quite negative. He said he was going to get someone else to assist. He returned frustrated, venting that he couldn't get the info on my car. He also said that he didn't know why he's doing other employees jobs and that they get paid to do something and he had to be stuck doing it. He stated that MB should pay him for doing their job and if they don't like what they do maybe they should be salesmen. He also stated that the woman he was working with earlier returned to purchase the car. He said she wanted a particular car and didn't want to pay the price and told her to figure out how to get the remaining cost. I sat there and waited while he worked on paper work for that sale. Finally he showed his monitor with cars that were in production and said there was little to no changes that could be made. At no point did he revisit the choice of purchasing a 2023 GLS 450 which I know now can be ordered. I asked him what special deals or perks were available, he responded, "There is nothing. Sales are great and there was no need any". I told him that I wanted to put a large down payment on my credit cards. He responded that he couldn't accept that and would only accept a $5000 down. I told him that in the past the salesman Tom, was able to get me some perks and discounts and he eluded to that this is where the problem was. He stated that the banks would not accept me putting large payment on my credit cards since it's like borrowing from the cards and borrowing from loans and loan interests were at an all time high. I told him that the credit cards would be paid the following day. Not sure why he thought I was taking a loan. I was paying the remainder with a bank check. Once again it sounded to me that the thought I couldn't afford the car. I told him that I wanted to test drive a 350, which by the way, took some time. As we entered the car, I reminded him again that I wanted something similar to what I currently drive both in speed and comfort. He assured me again, "the GLE 350 and your current GLS 450 were very similar, unless there were fat people in the car, the difference was only the size. (not true, different ride). When we returned, I told him that the seats were a bit uncomfortable, narrower and that the lumber was digging into my back. He stated that all I needed to do was lower the pressure on the lumber for comfort. I asked him if the seats were all the same and he said yes, they all come in bucket seats. I reminded him about the credit cards and he said, "put $5000 down and when the car arrives put another $5000. I told him, "are you sure?". He said yes. I told him, " and if they don't take it?". He replied, " I would give you your money back, you don't think that that car won't get sold immediately?" (very sarcastic). I returned to the showroom and decided to stop by the service area first. I asked if they would wash my car. They checked and took my car because there were no cars awaiting to be washed. This was was horrible. I felt insulted with the ongoing condescending responses and the misinformation. NO ONE should endure such disrespect. I posted a review on their website and it was never posted. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Shame! More
