Al Erdos responded to my call for help before a long trip. He got me a service appointment for the very next morning, and had a free loaner car ready for me. The loaner car was a Mercedes-Benz. I also strongly considered other options(due to the current financial crisis) primarily a less expense alternative such as the Acura TL,Lexus ES350 Nissan Maxima among a few others. After a long and informitive discussion with Mr Nick Mazzeo at his showroom office comparing the pros and cons of all my options we decided that we would be best off in the Mercedes Benz E350 4matic.
