Raymond the salesperson was fantastic, very helpful and patient as I was going back and fourth between two different models. Instead of waiting until later that night, they gave me the car for a couple of hours to drive to my wifes work and take her for lunch ( great selling tip guys!). The finance person, Dina was great to work with and was very easy to talk to, felt like you were at home talking to a friend. At delivery, car was in the show room and Raymond the saleperson spent an hour going over little details, including setting up my phone, pre setting my radio stations, etc. I have purchased many cars in my short 37 years, this by far was the best dealership I have dealt with. We traveled from NY to Massachusetts to buy our car from Westwood Mercedes. Prior to going, Alan and Chris Harty arranged for one of our friends in Newton to see the car so that we would not waste the trip Westwood Mercedes. Once we got the good report from our friend, we drove up and our experience continued to be very positive. Alan and the car were both waiting, and Alan was very knowledgeable about the 2008 E350 Wagon. We took a drive, and soon after, the paperwork was being prepared. Arrangements were even made, at Westwood's expense, to deliver the car by truck to our home in NY. Alan hooked up my bluetooth phone prior to our leaving, and within three days, the car was delivered. Any questions that we have had Alan has answered promptly. My wife loves the new car, and we are very pleased with our experience with Westwood Mercedes-Benz. More

After owning a BMW X5 for 8 years, I have decided to get the new 2009 C63 AMG. My Westwood experience was a blast compared to Herb Chambers. Jason in particular was a professional. Great experience. Ned was great and so was the business manager Trish, I had been shopping all week and still had a few places to look before I decided on anything. I walked into MB of Westwood and drove manager Trish, I had been shopping all week and still had a few places to look before I decided on anything. I walked into MB of Westwood and drove away in a beautiful certified pre-owned vehicle with only 18,000 miles. I intended on shopping all day on Saturday as I had every day that week and making my decision on Sunday. Some how I managed to drive away with my new car on Saturday, the same day. I have spent a good deal of time working in sales and I have to say that Ned is a xxxx of a salesman, he had me test driving before I had even asked to and was willing to work with me on the price for quite some time. MB of Westwood even took my old car off of my hands and agreed to pay the remaining balance on my old car loan even though the car was not running and probably only worth about half of what they gave me for it. I needed to get a new car right away because of a long commute to work but I had been taking some time and doing a lot of shopping and research but after test driving and discussing the numbers with Ned, my search cut to the chase very quickly. At the time I was contemplating the purchase of another Audi which was the same year and had the same mileage as the car the I ended up with but the Benz was hands down the nicer car. Interior, exterior and options were all far and above the Audi I was looking at which was located at Prime Audi of Westwood. The salesman Rob Kelleher, was also very good at Audi but the product at MB Westwood was far superior so that is why I chose to go the route that I did. When I made the decision to purchase from MB Westwood I had already had the financing lined up at my credit union with whom I have had tremendous past experiences with. The rate at my credit union was 5.75% (much higher than the 4% of my previous loan with them but it's to be understandable) and the rate from MB Financial was 5.99%. I purchased my new car on the last day of the month and Ned wanted to conclude the purchase and get it in under the current month so he offered to lower the loan amount even further (a small amount but every dollar counts) so that the payment at 5.99% would be the same as it would have at 5.75%. Normally I would not stray from my credit union unless the rate was considerably lower, in this case it was slightly higher but Ned (salesmen), Trish (Business Manager) and MB Westwood were able to make it work and keep my payment where I wanted it. Trish the business manager was every bit as helpful as Ned during the process of this purchase, I only wish I had here last name so that I could dole out the credit that she deserves as well. All-in-all my experience with Mercedes Benz of Westwood, Salesman; Ned Gompper, Trish the Business Manager as well as the beautiful new car that I bought was excellent from top to bottom. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I look forward to dealing with all of them in the future although I will concede that I hope it's not too often since my old Audi was in the shop twice a month and I am a little tired of spending my days at car dealerships. I am sad to say that I am not off to a good start though, after leaving my rear passenger side window open over night during the first snow storm of March and hopefully the last one of the winter, typical! It's cleaned out again now though and looking ever bit as good as when I bought it two days ago. Thanks to all, Lance Richards More

I called Frank Makrin the other morning because I heard a noise coming from my 2003 ML500 that I purchased with them several years ago. He listened through the phone and had me bring it in. Frank is so responsive and friendly every time I come in. As well as Dan the man who provides the loaner cars. It turns out that it was a carbon build up that I chose not to service at this time, however each and every time I go to Mercedes Frank has always been so professional and friendly. He takes the dread out of servicing a vehicle and I have 2 mercedes! Thanks Westwood for having such a great team! More
