I had the pleasure of purchasing my Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 4matic at MB of Westwood last Friday. I have been car shopping for more than a month and was getting tired of the sales pitches, bait and switch a 4matic at MB of Westwood last Friday. As a result I became quite sceptical and distrustful of anything that I heard at the dealerships. With this in the background, I met Chris Palmer. In a day he confirmed the availability of the vehicle of my specifications, obtained the VIN number and provided mileage information. He personally checked out a query I had on an accessory rather than rely on just the brochure. Still, with the experiences, I was not really sure whether the vehicle that would be delivered would be what was agreed upon. But to my delight it was exactly what I wanted. And I never realized that a car buying experience would be this convenient.. My experience with the Business Manager Ms. Trisha Winski was wonderful. She took the time to explain the process in detail, was thorough and highly professional. She took great pains to explain and re-explain things a number of times.... I highly recommend these two professionals to anybody interested in buying a new vehicle. More
