Mercedes-Benz of Westmont in IL has worse customer service ever. One of our problem is no-one return calls. I called million times, left messages and no one return my calls. Tried to get a help throug service ever. One of our problem is no-one return calls. I called million times, left messages and no one return my calls. Tried to get a help through operation - she just keep transferring my calls to answer machine. We leased the car and we stuck with this dealership for 3 years :( What happen to MB quality of service. We received a loaner car that is utterly filthy!! I’m We received a loaner car that is utterly filthy!! I’m not talking about the run of the mill crumbs, mud or finger prints. There is hair everywhere! We received a loaner car that is utterly filthy!! I’m not talking about the run of the mill crumbs, mud or finger prints. There is hair everywhere! It looks like the car hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. In this current climate where we are washing hands and wearing masks I don’t know how a responsible company much less one committed to excellence in customer service could provide such a dirty car to a customer while asking them to spend $10K in repairs. We had a scheduled appointment so the loaner car should have been cleaned the night before. The only reason I would patronize this service department is because the problem is beyond my regular mechanic. Shame on them! More

Honest Parts dept. I was referred to MB of Westmont after attempting to get a replacement key from another MB dealership in Naperville when what I suspected was a faulty I was referred to MB of Westmont after attempting to get a replacement key from another MB dealership in Naperville when what I suspected was a faulty key. The dealer in Naperville wanted my car towed in and said it was going to take a week to get a key. They told me this a couple times. I decided to try Westmont before towing the vehicle and they told me to just bring proof of ownership and pay for the key and they can order it without towing the car. Long story short, I went in the end of day on Friday 7/3 on a holiday weekend and received my key Tuesday morning, 7/7. The new key solved my problem. The person who helped me in parts was great. These guys saved me a tow and turned it around quickly! This will be my dealer going forward. More
