I came in for a prepaid service to be told it expired a month ago and I had to pay another $600 to have what was paid for already. No warning, no consideration for the pandemic, nothing. Asked for a shuttle to be told I lived too far so I had to wait five hours to get my car back, after fixing my airbag recall, I will never step foot in there again. I can stay in the area to get mistreated. More
Let me start by saying - the buying process was a challenge when I had a racist comment aimed at me. That made me decide I wont buy my car here but then the Sales person Michael Moran and the GM Jame challenge when I had a racist comment aimed at me. That made me decide I wont buy my car here but then the Sales person Michael Moran and the GM James Cheatham (who were both amazing and quick to respond) were kind enough to acknowledge this and responded immediately by ensuring something like this would never happen going forward. Fast Forward a year later and I had my annual service. After the service, I noticed the inside of the car was not even touched nor wiped down (I wasn't expecting a full detail) and the passenger seat 'comfort' function was working on and off. I called back to schedule and get this checked / rectified and the lady in scheduling said 'no' and was blocking everything I suggested - including me saying I don't want a loaner and I am willing to wait there at the showroom to get my car. She was rude and unprofessional and I eventually circled back to the Service department to Brian Reed who seemed helpful - initially. He was quick to call me to ask me to give a better rating on their Satisfaction survey (even though I gave an 8 based on his initial response) and he assured me I could bring the car on a particular date and would reconfirm. I waited for the re-confirmation and a few days passed. I left a few voicemails and tried reaching him multiple times to ' NO response'. Mercedes Benz Westmont - this is going to hurt your brand if you have racist / non-responsive / rude staff being the front face of the brand. This is not my 1st time working with a luxury brand and I am 'DEFINITELY' taking my business elsewhere. While you have good-professional people like Michael Moran and James Cheatham on the front who are trying to field these mishaps - there are people on your workforce who are only hurting your brand and making you lose business. More

Great service, got new tires, replace front and back breaks and "B" maintenance serves and all was completed on time. Note, I did not know how to ask for car loaner when I scheduled service appointm breaks and "B" maintenance serves and all was completed on time. Note, I did not know how to ask for car loaner when I scheduled service appointment using web page. Thank to service advisor for setting me with a car loaner. Another note, I was missing one tire valve cap when I brought SUV for service and I pickup the SUV I was missing two tire valve caps. Thank you, John More
