We have known Mr. Sam Biractar , a leader at the dealership ,for over 20 years now and have bought and/or leased many vehicles for us and our 2 chil We have known Mr. Sam Biractar , a leader at the dealership ,for over 20 years now and have bought and/or leased many vehicles for us and our 2 children as well as referred customers to the dealership.I do believe all of the experts who work there in all of the divisions deserve a raise , especially for holding it together during COVID. The service is very top notch as are the surroundings and waiting area. one thing though, loaners are very few and far between presently, probably due to COVID. Brought my car for scheduled & additional repair. Dealer charges $200+ for each issue to be looked at. They say it is a corporate policy. Items that should be under warranty are not. Service represen Dealer charges $200+ for each issue to be looked at. They say it is a corporate policy. Items that should be under warranty are not. Service representative are knowledgeable and try to “work the numbers” but have to callback multiple times for stays of repair which is annoying & ultimately expensive. More
