I was given a loaner that was the same model as my car and drove it for 2-1/2 months. I was kept up to date on the expected arrival of the part needed to repair my car. My car was in for routine maintenance. I meet my service advisor Brian at 7:00 am; Brian checked me and told the car would be completed in 2 hours. Brian had meet with loaner car person. I was charged over $600 to program a MAF that was already programmed. They refused to refund my money. Weeks after I brought the car in, I still had the same problem. They said the check engine light was cau programmed. They refused to refund my money. Weeks after I brought the car in, I still had the same problem. They said the check engine light was caused by a bad MAF. Another shop correctly diagnosed the problem as the diesel particulate filter not able to re-gen. I have documentation from the service advisor at MB of Westmont that replacing the MAF didn't solve the problem. More

Too pricey for me compare to other dealers.
