Roadside Service absolutely the very best. I have a 2017 GLE with just under 3,000 miles. Yesterday morning a friend noticed that I had a big "blister" on my front right tire. Since I live an h I have a 2017 GLE with just under 3,000 miles. Yesterday morning a friend noticed that I had a big "blister" on my front right tire. Since I live an hour away from Westminister I was very reluctant to drive that far with a damaged tire. Called service department and was connected with Scott who after some conversation suggested your Roadside Assistance. Within a couple of hours time your vehicle arrived driven by Bryan who very quickly removed the faulty tire and it's wheel, put on the spare donut. He then took the tire to Westminister Mercedes and later in the afternoon returned with a new tire mounted and balanced on my wheel, put the spare back in it's assigned spot, refused an offered tip, and was on his way. Who ever heard of such service, simply superb. Thanks so much. More

Exceptionally poor I have driven Mercedes since 1985...unfortunately, this was the worst experience...I'm at discount tires right now. The person who now services my car said that all 4 tires should be replaced w an all wheel drive vehicle. He also mentioned that the person who sold you only one tire..( that would be Linda in service) had little respect for a driver's life... ummm.. felt that fr the day I purchased there. Such disrespect.. honestly don't know how they stay in business More

Effortless Service Appointment Mercedes-Benz of Westminster is the best. We elected to drop off our vehicle instead of having them pick it up. Horrible Service Department Good sales experience...HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have taken my car into the service department 2 times now and both experiences made me wish I h Good sales experience...HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have taken my car into the service department 2 times now and both experiences made me wish I had never purchased my car there! My new car was damaged both of the times it was taken in for service. The first trip to service was a nightmare. And during the most recent appointment, I was told by the service writer that there were a few things wrong that would be fixed under warranty. I was contacted the following day by the manager saying there was nothing wrong with those repair items and my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my car it had been damaged for the second time and the AC system was no longer working properly. I tried contacting the Service Director several times and left multiple messages with no response. I ultimately delt with the Service Manager during and after both appointments, but he was no help and never apologized for any of the issues during my two appointments. He did offer to try and fix the issues, but acted like they were not at fault in any way and was rude and a little arrogant. I love my new Benz, but my experiences with this Service Deparment has1 robbed me of the joy that I once had in owning this car. I am now having to take my car to another MB dealership on the other side of the metro to have it fixed. This is extremely disappointing because I live, work, and socialize in this community and I believe in doing business with, and supporting the local businesses in this community. I will no longer do business with, or recommend Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. More
Horrible car, horrible service, won't ever buy again! My car was purchased brand new. I had a bad experience with the salesmen who lied to me about the Winter Sales Event. I was told 3k off sticker price, My car was purchased brand new. I had a bad experience with the salesmen who lied to me about the Winter Sales Event. I was told 3k off sticker price, then the story changed & I had to pay full price. In 3 years of owning the car it has blown multiple injectors, has had fuel problems, moonroof problems, door hinge problems, seat issues, keyless go issues, I could go on & on. Mercedes was supposed to buy the car back, but after months of phone calls and wasting my time, they simply extended the warranty! Big deal after I spent 70k on the car & it's spent half its life in the shop. The turn over in the service department is unbelievable! No one stays working here, not even the service manager that I was dealing with originally. I took my car in again a month ago to fix some of the same issues listed above. I called the service manager to arrange things through him, he said they would handle it. Yeah right! After 2 weeks in the shop, I never got a call from the service manager to update me. When I finally was fed up and told them I was coming to get the car, I complained to the service manager about the length of time it was taking & that it still wasn't done. He had no clue who I was & said he couldnt remember the 300 cars that come in there monthly! Wow! What a great way to treat a customer! I went & got my car that day, as I drove home 2 of the issues I took the car in for are broke, or not functioning properly AGAIN!! I will never buy Mercedes again, and especially would never buy from Mercedes of Westminster. More
