"Service"! I drive 196 miles and pass another MB Dealership to have my vehicle serviced and repaired. I can count on being treated extremely fair and honestly. I am no longer welcome to have my car serviced at MB of W.. Apparently you can lease two cars, purchase two cars, purchase a $5,000 extended warranty, but if you give them negative reviews for their service, yo Apparently you can lease two cars, purchase two cars, purchase a $5,000 extended warranty, but if you give them negative reviews for their service, you are no longer welcome to have your car serviced there. I received a call last Friday from my service associate stating that I am no longer allowed to have my car serviced at their dealership because I provided negative reviews. They also cancelled my service appointment I had scheduled for the following week. I received a text with the phone number (303) 453-4581 for the Denver MB location. The service manager didn't even have the courtesy to call. More

Horrible customer service!!! This dralship is a joke especially this guy, I went in for a simple procedure and it took more than an hour to make any kind of progress. After wasting a whole hour this gentlemen walked up to me laughing in my face saying they couldn't find what He was looking for, instead of coming and checking with me in the 1st place . After expressing my frustration to this gentlemen all he could respond with was "I'm gonna ask you to not return to our establishment" this guy has horrible communication skills, he is not a people person he alone complete ruined my experience with what's suppose to be a "prestige company" I would definitely reconsider purchasing with them. As I am not the 1st to have problems at this location More
Excellent service even when programming a key was difficult and confusing. We lost a key back in March and it was never found. Bought a replacement and had it programme even when programming a key was difficult and confusing. We lost a key back in March and it was never found. Bought a replacement and had it programmed. However, it just quit and car insisted the key was missing. So, had it programmed and all is fine. Took a little longer than expected, but mostly our fault for not remembering we had lost a key. Great service and super friendly. More
