I tried to rectify things with your dealership but even the management didn’t want that obviously until now that it’s public, when we purchased the vehicle we were told to just YouTube about the features of it instead of someone taking the time to show us everything, even the management said they’d get it taken care of and set up an appointment for someone to go through it with us, never happened, nope Mercedes-Benz USA in GA is now fully aware of how your dealership is representing them and we’re now customers with Denver Mercedes-Benz.
