This dealership isn't the least expensive, but then neither are the cars serviced. The quality of their work is uniformly excellent and the availability of loaners makes delays in delivery easier to ha neither are the cars serviced. They are very accommodating to customers whose availability changes at the last minute (8" Spring snowstorm) and allow loaners to be kept additional days to accommodate customer scheduling. The best news is that the dealership (50 miles from home now) is opening a branch operation 8 miles from home in another couple of months! More
I have always received impeccable service from Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Fritz was absolutely the best in customer service every step of the way. We were traveling in the area and our tension pulley froze up and our main drive belt broke. Without an appointment, Fritz took care of us and had the car repaired in one hour from the time we drove in. Mike Hoover was excellent in actually repairing our car quickly and professionally. All in all it was one of the best service experiences I have ever had, and I have had several in my 58 years. We travel from Colorado Springs to have the regular service done on our car and we plan to continue as we feel so welcome at your dealership. The waiting room with the coffee and the munchies is really a great idea to help us pass the time while you are doing the service on our little car. We did not see any of the workers on the car but know from the past times we have been there that they do a good job. All the workers in the dealership are so friendly as well and that is a good thing that we see the smiles and greeting from all of the workers there as I waited the day to have the regular service and have the windshield replaced. Another thing that is very nice there is the fact that if I needed to go anywhere you offered a loaner car or a shuttle to use for the day. When I purchased the car there was a rattling that sounded like it was coming from the driver’s door, a loose item perhaps. When I took it in I was first told by Ashley that is was likely a coin that sounded like it was coming from the driver’s door, a loose item perhaps. When I took it in I was first told by Ashley that is was likely a coin that fell into a heater vent and would not be covered by the warranty and it was going to cost over $600 plus shop time, parts etc. Since I was not satisfied with that answer she suggested that I talk to my sales person Chris to see if he could get Mercedes to cover it as a "we pay" item. I spoke to Chris and he went to the Service Manager and after they reviewed the concerns they decided to cover the service. It turns out the loose item was a screw that was left in during construction so the repair was covered by the warranty, so it all worked out. It was just a bit frustrating that only a week after purchase I was facing a very costly repair for something that I had no control over, but everyone was great to work with and very apologetic for the confusion. I hope to be a happy Mercedes owner for a long time. More
Very professional staff! The repairs were done much faster than I thought possible and Asley (The service rep) kept me abreast of the repairs and the time line. I called after noticing an oil leak on my ML320 Bluetec - oil stains on the floor as my wife backed out of the garage. I was immediately accommodated on a Saturday and provided a loaner. Linda then consulted the service department and determined the problem was an oil line that would require parts to be ordered and called to give me a schedule. The issues were handled clearly and quickly with the car done ahead of the original estimate. Linda has proven to be a very helpful service agent on several occasions and has never disappointed. More
