This was a surprisingly awful experience buying a luxury vehicle. From start to finish, the entire process was riddled with confusion, mistakes, and ultimately, inaccurate representation of the product(s). vehicle. Two/three weeks later and I'm still dealing with mixups and misalignment on the dealerships part. Every person I've talked to, I've received the same "I'm sorry for the confusion, I'll fix this moving forward" and yet again - information is mixed up, appointments not scheduled, and more apologies. Truly disappointing and this will absolutely be the last experience at a Mercedes dealership. More
