My "Reason for visit" was to check out the new electric Smart Car, due out in October 2012. Katie did the research and found that its new arrival date is March 2013. Maybe. She argued that I should try out the gas Smart Car because if I don't love it, I won't love the electic, and at $12K, it is an inexpensive experiment and, anyway, she would buy back the gas car when I come to pick up the electric. She is pretty sure I am going to want to keep my gas Smart Car AND come back to buy the electric. She may be right. The gas tank was half full when I test drove it. When Alec handed me the keys and showed me the features, it was completely full. That has never happened at a car dealership before. Katie is in the right business. She is passionate, practical, fun, and full of information. Please give her the "employee of the month" bumper sticker for her Mercedes (or a nice bonus). We came up to Denver from southern New Mexico to watch the Broncos beat the Saints. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I am just tickled with my little green Smart Car. More

From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were very impressed with the customer service and overall experience. This is the first time that I actually felt good when I left - keys in hand. Every other car buying experience has been stressful and I had always left feeling like "did I make the right decision", "will I be happy 6 months from now?". I had excellent "training" from Alec. As I have not owned a Mercedes before, he walked me through all the features of the car and made me feel confident when I drove off the lot, but offering additional instruction anytime I needed. I really appreciated the "non-hard sales approach" from John. He was wonderful and I felt he truly did want me to be absolutely happy with my purchase. I'm very happy with my car and the dealership overall. I've never been to a dealership that offers so much customer service perks (car washes/pick up at my location & loaner car/etc). I would recommend this dealership to any and all who are interested in purchasing a car. But more than that, interested in purchasing a car and knowing the dealership is committed to making you happy the day you drive off the lot AND the days/years after the sale. Excellent experience!
