Thus far I have been completely satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy shown to me by MB Westminster. I picked up a very low mileage CPO C300. Unfortunately it was hit in a parking lot after professionalism and courtesy shown to me by MB Westminster. I picked up a very low mileage CPO C300. Unfortunately it was hit in a parking lot after less than a week of ownership. Josh Grimm my sales rep was Johnny on the spot and hooked me up with Jeff to get the repairs squared away. Considering it was a holiday week, I was impressed with how quickly they scheduled the repair.A service driver picked my car up from my home (about 35 miles from the dealership) and left me a loaner to use until the repairs were completed. They missed the mark on the initial estimate of repairs and I ended up spending a little over $120 more than anticipated. It was worth the money to have it fixed rather than being frustrated every time I saw the blemish on my newly purchased Merc. That being said I would have rather been quoted high and come in lower - that would have made my Christmas Eve rather than being hit with a higher bill; but in the end the service recieved was fantastic, very prompt, and from what I can tell the repair is flawless. More
