Great car buying experience and excellent customer service Josh Grimm helped us purchase a new Mercedes C300 back in August. Josh did a great job through the whole buying process. My second Smart Car I recently obtained my second Smart Car from Mercedes of Westminster working with salesman John Mattis. I was so pleased with my first Smart Car and I recently obtained my second Smart Car from Mercedes of Westminster working with salesman John Mattis. I was so pleased with my first Smart Car and the entire experience of sales and service at the dealership that it was a no brainer to get the second one there. John and the rest of the crew make sure that all my automotive needs are taken care of without any hassle. John was especially attentive to working around my business travel schedule to make sure I could test a new 2016 Smart Car before making a decision. He patiently discussed all the options to help me get the best set of features for my needs. Mercedes of Westminster has made visiting a car dealership FUN for both sales and service. I have recommended them to my friends because I am so impressed by the service and friendliness. More

Jorge Martinez helped me and let me take a test drive. He was knowledgeable without being condescending, helpful without being pushy, and efficient without being impatient. My husband and I found Jorge to be an excellent sales representative for Westminster and were able to get a great deal on a new lease and drive away in a new Smart car in less than a week so that we could drive it back to Texas for the winter. We had visited the Westminster dealership for service on my 2013 Smart car a year ago and found their service department to be excellent as well. They were able to fix a problem that another Smart car service department had been unable to resolve, even after several visits. We were thrilled and now trust that future visits to the Westminster dealership for service and or another lease will be equally satisfying. More

I just happened to go online to verify the car was still there as I live 170 miles away from the dealership. If I had not checked they would've had my credit card and a deposit and they had sold the car. They then told me they sold the car Saturday and this was on a Tuesday now they're trying to say that they really sold it Tuesday morning I don't believe a word they're saying. Sales person if you want to call him that , Jeremy Winters. They don't even deserve one star total waste of time. In my opinion they just want Your credit card,so then the next person that walks in the door they can say well the car is technically sold but if you sign here right now you can get this really really good deal. Then hope to do the classic bait and switch. Such disappointing and bad experience I don't believe I'll ever buy another Mercedes again. More like a second and used-car shop then a Mercedes dealership in my opinion. More

Ben Serrano Ben was my sales rep. That was appointed to me. At first it was an ok experience but soon changed during the test drive. I asked several questions a Ben was my sales rep. I asked several questions about the options of the car he first showed me on the floor compared to the one we were test driving just one example. He was unable to answer most of them. Didn't talk much except for how late he had to work last night. Overall he didn't seem friendly or even trying to earn my business. Once we were back in his office I was asking further questions, he interrupted me and he asked what my time frame was I gave him an answer and he handed me his card and use red me out of his office. On the way out made several rude comments about who looks for a car in that type of time frame? I was in shock and never have experienced this type of behavior from any type of sales rep. Even from lesser professional establishments. He made another rude comment walking to the door once your ready call me! I said I will make sure to work with someone else, he then arrogantly asked for his card back. I had further questions and felt my trip there was a waste of time, left feeling like I was disrespected. More
Not generally a fan of dealerships particularly a certain MB dealer in Denver, but I had a thoroughly positive experience with MB Westminster. Ahmad was quite pleasant to work with i particularly a certain MB dealer in Denver, but I had a thoroughly positive experience with MB Westminster. Ahmad was quite pleasant to work with in the process of shopping for a CPO C300 and, as a previous reviewer mentioned, very patient throughout. He clearly knows his products -- even mentioning his passion for cars -- and has conscientiously followed up since the transaction. Hats off, too, to Jeff and John in the Service Department, Anthony in Financing, and Product Specialist Jeff (who showed me that the car's technology really isn't as much of a mystery as I thought). The location is nearly 20 miles from my home, but I look forward to a long relationship with MB Westminster. They definitely know the value of customer service and good will. More
