That being said, Jeff McDowell and his team at MB of Westminster made making the switch from trucks to cars seamless. Jeff is a true professional, an individual with patience who is willing to explain and re-explain even months after purchasing a car. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff and on both occasions never had to play the "negotiate and wait" game that you typically have to deal with through the car buying process. Jeff took the time to understand both my needs and my wants, he understood where I was willing to be financially and did not try to stray from this. He is an honest sales professional and his team will have my business for years to come. I sat down with Jeff a year after my first purchase, the first lease of my life as I still did not quite understand and he took an hour and half out of his day to be sure that I understood every aspect of the lease and what options I have from this point forward. I explained that I had just purchased a 2 door coupe, only to find out my daughter was pregnant with my first grandchild and the 2 door wouldn't fit a car seat easily. I called Westminster and they asked me to come in. I asked them to tell me before I made the significant drive that if they were just going to get me there and try to extract more money out of me to let me know before I made the trip. They assured me they would work with my situation. We came to an agreement in about 15 minutes after a test drive and they kept every promise. We both benefited from the deal. I would go there 100 times. More
