Matt is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and thorough with all aspects of the buying experience. Matt knows Mercedes inside and out, but more importantly he works hard to create a win win for both parties...no games just fair pricing. He is great to follow up through out the buying process and then again after I have taken delivery. Sure, its cost me to send my trade in across state lines, and the overall process in longer, but I will always go back to Matt and MB Westminster. Highly recommend to anyone! More

I asked three young employees hanging at the entrace to help me get my credit card out from behind the "ashtray" (most people use it to hold money/ credit cards).... They said they had to get Cody from Service. The youngest guy was sent out to my car and said it will take over an hour and I have to come back Monday. It happened ones before, and it took about FIVE minutes! I told them you did it before in five minutes... and he said Cody doesn't want to do it, I better come back Monday.... Well, I'm never coming back, my next purchase and service will surely be anywhere but Mercedes Benz in Westminster. More

Wonderful Mercedes Experience! When I first entered the MB dealership, I was dressed in jeans and tennis shoes and thought, "I bet these guys don't give me the time of day." Jim Plank greeted me with professional courtesy and kindness and made me feel very welcome. He did in fact, give me his full and gracious attention. (Furthermore, I was just checking out MB based on my husband's recommendation. I was fully intending on getting a Subaru, so Mr. Plank had a ways to go to get me to even consider an expensive luxury car!). His approach was honest and knowledgeable and before long, I was hooked. My husband and I really enjoyed our time with Mr. Plank and were soon the proud owners of a GLA (his name is Ben). I would definitely recommend Mr. Plank and the Westminster MB dealership to anyone in the market for a new Subaru (I mean Mercedes Benz!). PS. Mr. Weiler and KB were great too!!! More
