Further, everyone else I have worked with at the dealership is equally professional and amazing—from in KB in Finance who was friendly, thorough and efficient with paperwork and so interesting to Barbara the Product Concierge who was beyond knowledgeable and responsive. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with some folks in service and they are amazing as well. From the moment you walk in, you feel the love and their customer service sets them apart from other dealerships. He followed up with me to make sure I was receiving what I paid for. When I buy or upgrade my Mercedes, I'm going to make sure to look for him. He even remembered me when wishing him a Happy Thanksgiving. I highly recommend him as well as Mercedes of Westminster. The have the largest inventory in Colorado and one of the largest inventories in Western region to my understanding. As my Dad put it, this suggests that they take selling cars very serious.
