Extremely poor experience here with a lease. Be advised, even though you think the “finance department” is part of the dealership, it is actually a separate arm of MB Finance / Daimler and they abs advised, even though you think the “finance department” is part of the dealership, it is actually a separate arm of MB Finance / Daimler and they absolutely do not communicate with each other once they have you in their grip. Be very very vigilant or the dealership and Daimler will fleece you deeply. More

Interacted with Tomas and his manager Nick at Westminster while shopping for a custom 2021 Sprinter 144 high roof order. My initial call to the dealership I was greeted by Tomas who basically just said what while shopping for a custom 2021 Sprinter 144 high roof order. My initial call to the dealership I was greeted by Tomas who basically just said what I wanted wasn't in stock. I had to literally say "So you're unable to order or look further than you immediate inventory?" – this was pretty dead in the water. Received an email from Tomas with the wrong color and some other specs incorrect (I listed 3-5 must have specs/color on phone multiple times) and then complained about the experience. Nick chimed in, offered a discount over any other dealer. It is like pulling teeth to interact with their sales team and they seem to disregard what you say. After test driving and having a good experience at another dealership, I sent the specs I received a quote for and asked if they can beat it better than their discount as I was not comfortable with their communication or quality at MB Westminster; when Nick gave me the ultimatum of a deposit same-day, I told him add another $500 and I'll do it, explained my apprehension with the dealership and welcomed to schedule a phone call same-day. He then pulled his offers back to the original discount and basically told me to buzz off if I don't like it. More
