I am writing this message to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I received from Mercedes Benz of Westminster. On April 6, 2024, my car was picked up to have an issue addressed with the rea with the service that I received from Mercedes Benz of Westminster. On April 6, 2024, my car was picked up to have an issue addressed with the rearview cameras. This should have taken a few days tops; however, I did not get my car back until June 12, 2024. During this extended period, my windshield was cracked during a test drive. When I discussed this with my service advisor, he suggested filing a claim with my insurance, which I refused as it would be fraudulent. He said he needed to discuss this with his management team and would get back to me. Four days later, I received a call informing me that the repair quote for the windshield was $900, and I was asked to split the cost. I refused and escalated the matter to the service director and dealership GM. Given my 20-year relationship with Mercedes Benz, I expected better treatment. The GM initially claimed the damage was an act of God and not their responsibility. However, his attitude changed when I mentioned consulting my attorney. He then promised to investigate and have someone get back to me. Later that afternoon, the Service Manager reached out, acknowledging that this situation should not have occurred. On June 11, 2024, I received a call from my service advisor saying my car was ready for pick up. I informed him I would come at 10:00 am the next day due to prior commitment. When I arrived at the dealership, my car had not been washed, causing a delay of almost 30 minutes. The paperwork indicated my car only had 29,723 miles when it was returned to me; however, it had 30,042 miles when I picked it up. A difference of 604 miles. I confirmed this when I took a picture of my dashboard and compared it to the 29,438 miles that were on the initial paperwork from when they picked up my car on April 6th. I also noticed that the gas tank was only at ¼ of a tank despite being full when my car was initially picked up. The interior was also filthy, with something sticky on the console and backseat. I sent screenshots to the service advisor and contacted the Mercedes Benz Corporate office. They opened an investigation and the dealership has since cleaned my car and refueled the tank, but the mileage discrepancy remains unresolved, and the rearview cameras are still making that clicking noise. It is so annoying that my passengers comment on it when they get into my car. On June 20th, they picked up my car again and attempted to convince me that the constant clicking of the cameras is normal, which is crazy. I have owned and driven many Mercedes Benz vehicles over the years and I have never experienced anything like this. To add insult to injury the service technician told me that I could just turn off the camera feature, as if that is the answer. Why not just fix it? This experience has been unacceptable and I expected much better service from Mercedes Benz. It is now August and this is still an issue. They haven't addressed my mileage and the cameras are still not fixed. I am sharing this experience to advise others to document their mileage before and after having their vehicles serviced. After this experience I wouldn't recommend this dealership and I have done business with them for over 20 years. Sincerely, Ryan K. More
They black listed me in 2020 because they couldn't fix my daughter's Mercedes' electrical problem under warranty. Months and five visits. Today I brought my Mercedes in for an extremely expensive wheel align daughter's Mercedes' electrical problem under warranty. Months and five visits. Today I brought my Mercedes in for an extremely expensive wheel alignment. They said my daughter cancelled the appointment. Turns out they did send her an email confirmation for an appointment she didn't make. Mistake #1 Mercedes. Mistakes #2 through 5. Didn't apologize, didn't try to "fit me in", didn't try to reschedule. We did finally get my daughter's car fixed. I assumed Mercedes of Westminster could handle a simple wheel alignment. I was wrong. Jeff, the Service Manager, said I should take my car somewhere else. Disappointing. More

I called Mercedes Me and was told I would have to visit a local dealer. I chose Mercedes-Benz of Westminster since they were 5 miles from my office. When I went there looking for help to resolve the issue of the VIN being registered with the previous owner. I was told it would take over an hour and I would have to pay $290.00 just so I could take advantage of the technology offered in the vehicle. The only thing I did wrong was to buy a Mercedes-Benz, General Motors does not try to rip off customers with this kind of extortion. The entertainment system is virtually useless until I pay the extortion monies. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever come across. This is how they treat new customers and introduce them to Mercedes-Benz. Seems like the better practice would have been to help, instead of extort money. I might very well have been a very a long standing customer. Not now, these people are xxxx More

We were headed back to Montana after purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes Sprinter Class B van out of Texas. On our journey we had two opportunities to work with this dealership. On April 7, 2023 we pulle pre-owned Mercedes Sprinter Class B van out of Texas. On our journey we had two opportunities to work with this dealership. On April 7, 2023 we pulled into the service center to see if they could help with Oil overfull issue. They were gracious enough to get us in and fix the problem while we waited. We headed toward Montana. The following morning the van would start but would not come out of park. We were going to get it towed to the Westminster Dealer. The person there on Saturday morning said to have it towed and they would look at it on Monday. They helped with tow service numbers and were as gracious as they could knowing there were no Sprinter technicians there on Saturday. The van eventually went into park and we headed home. Issue ended up being a manufacturer's recall taken care of in Montana. It was a good feeling to know we could have had it towed or driven it back to Westminster to have it looked at on Monday. . I wish we could remember all the names of the folks that helped us. Everyone was working to get us on the road again. Would recommend the service department More
took my vehicle in for service. Trusted the dealer knew what services are required at the cars mileage, they did not...
