Pete Dinoto is one of the main reasons I talked my daughter into buying another Mercedes Benz. The sales staff is great but the service center is where you always go after the initial sale. One of the most important aspects of owning a car is the ability of and the confidence I have in the service center. Pete is a top notch service writer. He makes sure that the problem is fixed the first time. He makes sure the vehicle is ready when promised and always treats me with courtesy and respect. He makes sure he keeps me informed as to the progress of the repair by calling or emailing me as soon as he knows what the techs have found to be a problem. He never sells me additional services or parts that I do not need but rather lets me decide if I want to add additional services when a part or service will be necessary in the near future. Bottom Line: When you buy a car... you almost never hear or see from the sales person again until you buy another car but your certainly take it in for service many times throughout your ownership... and having someone there you completely trust... is invaluable to me and my family. Peter Yee is by far the best Service Consultant for Mercedes that I have ever encountered. I followed him over from the other dealer he used to work at, and I will follow him to next the dealer should Mercedes that I have ever encountered. I commute over 43 miles one-way just to see Peter and have him repair my vehicle. He is the only Service Consultant I trust to repair my vehicle quickly, efficiently, and correctly the first-time around. Peter is extremely responsive with communications and very honest about costs. I used to enjoy getting my hands dirty and crawling under my cars to fix and maintain my cars, but now that I'm an attorney, it's quite difficult to explain to clients why my hands are covered in residual grease and oil; so that's where Peter comes in. I love talking shop and cars with Peter, he's extremely knowledgeable. He is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to motorcycles, so all you super sport bike aficionados, this is the man to talk to. Peter is more than just my Service Consultant, I consider him my good friend. You rock, Peter! More
