He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about his product. He did a great job explaining all functions of the car and the service department as well. Milton took the necessary time to be sure we were happy with our experience. The other employees we dealt with were great as well. Thanks to Jason and Tom. Good experience Ron Zullo was and continues to be very helpful. Initially our interest was in an SLK500 but we found the E550 better suited to our driving habits. Great treatment I called store to schedule a test drive Ron confirmed car was still available and he would be expecting us. My wife, daughter and I arrived at dealers I called store to schedule a test drive Ron confirmed car was still available and he would be expecting us. He was friendly and answered our questions without pressuring us to purchase in anyway. The only problem I had was the time spent with the gsm and they wouldn't honor what was promised to me as a customer, not johns fault, but in the end Craig Thomas came through and fixed mostly all of the deal but I understand it's a business but when promising something make sure you get it in writing and signed by multiple managers. Thanks john and Craig for the best car that I have ever purchased. More

Body Shop - Mercedes of West Chester I took my car in for body service work based on a recommendation from my Allstate Insurance Agent. Here is a list of the problems I experienced since I took my car in for body service work based on a recommendation from my Allstate Insurance Agent. Here is a list of the problems I experienced since then: 1. Headliner had a hole in it when it was returned to me. They took it back and made a repair. Not new, but repaired. 2. New roof with new paint developed problems 2 months after the work was completed. They buffed it out but told me that it was a bird problem, not their paint job. 3. They broke the front windshield replacing my roof. Allstate covered it but the windshield leaks when it rains. 4. The rear driver's side quarter panel has separated from the body ever since the body work was done. Upon returning it to them, they claim they never touched that part of the car. ($7,000.00 worth of damage was fixed on my car. Hood, roof, side panels, so I am not buying that explanation since it separated after their body work was performed. 5. An interior paint scrape was found on the inside of the front door when the work was finished. I never made them aware of this problem, however it wasn't there prior to the repair. Summary, too many issues for 1 repair. Would not return there unless of course they chose to fix these issues that still exist today. Car is still less than 3 years old. Was 1 1/2 years old when the original repairs were performed. More
