My First Mercedes This was my very first car purchase and I was on the fence of what make of car I wanted. It wasn't until I got to the dealership and test drove a C300 that I saw online and knew it was the car for me. While I was there I got to meet Patrick McClellan who was friendly and well informed on the vehicle that I was driving and was able to answers all of the questions that I had. During the purchasing process I didn't feel pressured and I felt like my business to them actually mattered and that I wasn't just another sale to meet a quota. Once I made the decision to buy my vehicle Tom Cooperstein guided me through the paperwork and welcomed me to the the family and congratulated me on my new purchase. I had the best experience leasing a car from your dealership this week. It was a pleasure working with your staff. I first contacted Jason Hackney, via email, on March 12 and requested a lease quote. He kindly provided the lease terms for the two cars I inquired. While traveling, I sent 4 questions regarding the terms of the lease. I was assured, via email, that my understanding was correct. I returned to Cincinnati and visited your dealership on March 23 and met with Jason. I fine gentleman, trustworthy, and with high integrity. He accommodated my request and switched the lease to the car I liked better. In the process, Andreas Burkert was most helpful in explaining the features of the cars, before I made my final decision. I found Andreas very pleasant and he was able to answer all of my questions. He helped me make an informed decision, and select the car that is more suitable to my needs.
