My salesman Andreas Burkert, was extremely personable, attentive to detail, an active listener and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz car line. But most importantly he was "very ethical" in his dealings with me. I'll definitely refer friends to him. I now consider myself a client for life. In fact, I found the entire dealership actively engaged in offering "5 Star" service. Including everyone from the General Manager, Abel Bogale who provided personal attention to Porters like Kayla. As well as Sales Manager, Belinda Gribble who wasn't apart of the team when I purchased, but was attentive to my after purchase needs. It's attention to the small details that matter, because that adds up to a wonderful service experience, which I received. Regardless of where you live I'd suggest taking a visit to the Mercedes-Benz of West Chester dealership for an excellent all encompassing car experience. More

Painless Had been looking to purchase vehicle for a couple of months, mostly internet shopping, when we found something we thought we might purchase we woul Had been looking to purchase vehicle for a couple of months, mostly internet shopping, when we found something we thought we might purchase we would drive to the dealership to check it out, but alas the car was either overpriced and the dealership would not budge from what they were asking or the sales person was simply out of touch. We would continue to search and we happened to notice the very high rating for this dealership plus we saw a car we really liked, we did not want to be bombarded by the sales "vultures" so on a Friday evening we went after hours to take a look at it and we really liked what we saw, the next step however was going the next day to the dealership(Saturday) to take a test drive which we did, we showed up at the lot and within about 5 minutes out walks the sales "vulture" Chip, from that point foreword it was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had, we had planned on going to a couple of more dealerships that day but after the way we were treated and the fact that they met the price we were wanting to pay we walked out of the dealership with a new car that day. We would like to thank Chip, Belinda and Michael for the least painless car buying experience we have ever had, btw, Michael is a riot, thanks again. More
