Had a service appointment on 05/12/23 with Matthew which is a great advisor. The fact I slipped and fell in the facility don’t sit right with me. When I begin to sit in the chair at Matthew desk to discuss what services I’ll be receiving I fell back do the “new chairs” with wheels on them. The floors they have don’t require rolling chairs. I feel like I should’ve been offered a discounted service or even the $100 gas card they’re offering More
Very pleased with attention to detail concerning my 20,000 mile checkup. Mike Nankovitch kept me informed as to what was happening even telling me about the nail in my right rear tire that was causing 20,000 mile checkup. Mike Nankovitch kept me informed as to what was happening even telling me about the nail in my right rear tire that was causing loss of tire pressure. The tire was replaced since the nail was in the shoulder of the tire making it impossible to repair. Overall, I was very satisfed with their work and, as usual, they washed and cleaned my Mercedes when they were done. That is a real gift as far as I'm concerned! More

This dealership has been my place of service for several years, after being recommended by a friend. Always gave excelent reviews until yesterday. I personally ordered a switch, since it was not in stock, years, after being recommended by a friend. Always gave excelent reviews until yesterday. I personally ordered a switch, since it was not in stock, and on Monday I was informed it was in and made a service appt..on 5-4 at my appoitmment I meet with a serice advisor to review service and cost. I was informed after he called the parts dept the part was $60. and I stated I ordered the part and was advised it cost $32. He called the parts dept. back and the price was reduced. If it had not I would have walked,even though I drove over an hour for the service and I stated that was disappoiting!! I had faith in this dealership until yesterday and this is what gives dealerships bad names. This was disappoitning to right down deceptive. I received the retail price from the parts dept so there should have been any problem. If I had not ordered the part and knew the cost I would have paid DOUBLE the cost. So now it makes me very suspicious and worse do I change?? More
