I went to the dealer for a multipoint inspection,and it took them 10 hr to check 4 tires and replace 2 of them,and still didn’t fix them.The service manager has to come out of his office to be able to get took them 10 hr to check 4 tires and replace 2 of them,and still didn’t fix them.The service manager has to come out of his office to be able to get my car fix and leave after a 10 hours of waiting. I went to them because the Mercedes Benz Clearwater was pricey. They were even pricier than them. They cleaned my car after service (I know its free but for the prices you pay they could have at least clea pricey. They were even pricier than them. They cleaned my car after service (I know its free but for the prices you pay they could have at least cleaned my window) and they didn't even touch my window glass. It took 4 hours for an oil change at 7am in the morning and I was right on time. (I left at 11) The quickest thing I got was a quote for a trade in that the service man had to ask 2 times for. Overall if you are pricey then treat your customers pricey it was a Mercedes Dealership with Kia Service. Not the services I expect when I pay 600 bucks for an oil change. More

Everything from the purchase of the vehicle to ser I finally got to a point in my life where it became reality. I purchased from MB of Wesley Chapel. Everything from the purchase of the vehicle to service was been troublesome. After two years and some unresolved service issues, I am no longer a MB owner due to my experience with this dealership. The service advisor was fantastic and truly sought to resolve the service issue, but there was no resolution for the issue even though it affected every model. More
