This was the only dealership in the Tampa metro area that actually called me back and talked with me over the phone about my concerns. After scheduling an appointment to bring my car in for B service, Mike actually called me back and talked with me over the phone about my concerns. After scheduling an appointment to bring my car in for B service, Mike was very helpful, took the time to break down what was included in the service, communicated with me the entire time I was waiting at the dealership about the status of my vehicle and even set up a shuttle to take me over to the shops for lunch. This will be my go-to dealership for service moving forward. Very friendly, clean, professional environment. Everyone who I spoke with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident my vehicle was in good hands. More

Service manager (Mathew S) is excellent. He makes sure I tell him all my concerns about the vehicle. He makes sure everything is address before leaving. I had an unexpected repair come up on a Saturday morning, and was scheduled to travel out of town later that day. I called the service department of MB of Wesley Chapel, and Austin (service advisor) was able and was scheduled to travel out of town later that day. I called the service department of MB of Wesley Chapel, and Austin (service advisor) was able to secure an appointment that morning. Once I arrived, I was treated exceptional, and my issue was resolved shortly after. I will continue to take my car to Austin, and the folks at MB of Wesley Chapel. More
