I have 2 AMGs under warranty. I won't bring them here because their service pricing is completely out of line. They charge at least twice what the same service costs at other Merc I won't bring them here because their service pricing is completely out of line. They charge at least twice what the same service costs at other Mercedes dealers nearby. No real answer when I asked them why they charged so much more. I service my vehicles at MB of Tampa now at half the cost. More
My first time visiting theMercedes Benz Wesley Chapel dealership since moving to Florida from New Jersey a few months ago I was very impressed with everyone I came into contact with on the day. I had a dealership since moving to Florida from New Jersey a few months ago I was very impressed with everyone I came into contact with on the day. I had a service appointment with Matthew Schronce. Matthew was very courteous and knowledgeable and I’m very happy he is my Service Manager. As my C-300 will be at the end of its lease in a few months, I also met with Vinnie Antonello in Sales, to talk about my options. Vinnie also was very courteous and knowledgeable and spent some time with me discussing my various options I also met with Daniel Blackledge in the Financial Department who again was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy I have Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel as my new dealership. More

Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We received a call from Mercedez Benz stating our Freightliner Sprinter van needed an emission modification. Mercedez Benz customer service sent us to Mercedez Benz of Wesley Chapel for this modification and they setup an appointment for this morning at 10am. Mercedez Benz of Wesley Chapel sent us an email confirming that our 2014 Freightliner Sprinter Van was scheduled for a 10am appointment for the Emission Modification. We show up at the Service Dept at 10am and Darrel comes out and looks at our van and our service needed and tells us their dealership does not do recalls or modifications on Freightliner Sprinter Vans. I show Darrel my email confirmation. He says we don't work on Freightliner Vans. I speak with the Service Dept manager. He refuses to help and won't even call their sister store in Tampa, who supposedly does work on Freighliner Vans. He walks out of his office and just leaves my wife and I sitting in his office. I would never, ever, buy a vehicle from this dealership and I will never deal with them again. Absolutely the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. More
Went in at 9 am for a planned change in the rear tires based on last recommendation from the dealer. Was offered changing all 4 tires since there was a 3 for 4 special which I agreed . Texted the advisor based on last recommendation from the dealer. Was offered changing all 4 tires since there was a 3 for 4 special which I agreed . Texted the advisor when I didn't hear back at 1p. The reply was that they hw was v busy that day and that they didn't have all 4 tires and would give me a loaner. I kept questioning why it was an option in the morning but not at 1p. Suddenly was told that all 4 tires located in the dealership by 3p and they would proceed with install. Went to pick up at 4:30p, it was not ready until 5:30p. How can it take all day to replace the tires. Also a vanity inside light was broken by the valet apparently. They replaced both sides with a non original part without extra cost ( lights were red but now white without a logo) . I was told about this after the fact and only at pick up. More
The dealership is always clean and orderly as expected from a Mercedes dealership. The porters are always prompt and the service department goes above to assist.
