Service manager rude, condescending , and Un helpful Brought my vehicle in early morning Mercedes-Benz Wesley chapel service department spoke to a service representative Cory, he was very rude and condes Brought my vehicle in early morning Mercedes-Benz Wesley chapel service department spoke to a service representative Cory, he was very rude and condescending in answering my questions About safety concerns for me and my family about my vehicle, he said I should come back the next day when my actual service representative was working. I left and came back to speak to the service director who is also very rude condescending unhelpful. As retired military and former business owner I feel disgraced and humiliated by the tone of his voice and the words in a condescending way he was speaking to me. I’ve been bringing my vehicle there for several years now and have dealt with Brian who is very polite and understanding and I’ve never had this issue I’m very upset with the treatment I was given by these two gentlemen.. Again this is not a complaint about my normal service advisor Brian Gearhart this complaint is directly related to the two gentlemen I mentioned earlier. More
Outstanding Service Airstream Interstate (Sprinter) Service (Marc Scotch) understands needs when you are traveling in your RV, you are living in it and cannot “Drop it off”. Marc did a fantastic job of Service (Marc Scotch) understands needs when you are traveling in your RV, you are living in it and cannot “Drop it off”. Marc did a fantastic job of handling a problem that was exacerbated by a previous dealer. He managed the problem that required parts not normally stocked and arranged for our needs throughout the entire time. I would recommend Marc Scotch and Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel, Florida for Service, especially if you have a Class B or C on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis. More

I've made two calls to the service department concerning a SAFETY RECALL with no response from anyone at Wesley Chapel Mercedes-Benz. I've been there may times during the week. They are seldom busy. Hopefully they will soon be out of business. More

I came to the dealership after having bought a Mercedes from a small dealership. I didn't get questions answered from the place I bought it. It came with no owners manual and they could't hook my bluetooth up. I also had a license plate not put on properly and a fuse out of my charger. Neil was so kind, knowing full well I was not buying from him that day. He assisted me with EVERYTHING and was so kind and gracious regardless. I will, without a doubt purchase a vehicle from Neil or his sale team at Mercedes-Benz Wesley Chapel the next time I purchase a car. In the mean time I will refer anyone in the market. Comparing this dealer to the Tampa ........................Wesley Chapel blows Tampa away!!! Go see Neil Dossett!!!! More
Prepare for a Big Rip Off People that I met in "service" were unfriendly & dishonest. They did not repair my car correctly and broke the key. I had my car towed in, because the People that I met in "service" were unfriendly & dishonest. They did not repair my car correctly and broke the key. I had my car towed in, because the engine light was on. When I went to pick up my car the key was in 3 parts zip tagged together! It was missing the spring and button to open the key. They said that it had come that way. However it could not have been since how could they have started it to repair it? The person who was supposed to drive my car to door came back and said that he could not start the car that way. The person in charge for service that evening taped it together for me, but now I could not close the key. They quoted me $310.00 to replace key. I later found out from a parts dept quote that the key was 1/2 that price. Thankfully, I have a spare ! We left with the engine light off, drove to Wire Grass mall which was down the street, parked car, shopped and on our way home the light was back on in front of this dealership! It was closed by then. At most, I drove my car 3 miles before light came back on. When I returned the car they were quoting me a "deal" of $500.00 off the repair that should have been done in the first place. I had the work done by the Tampa dealership instead. They quoted me and charged me the same price as the supposed "deal" from Wesley Chapel. I did not tell them about the other quote. Tampa is more honest & nicer. I will make the longer drive for better service and can only warn you that the Wesley Chapel dealer is shady. Beware if you dare. More
