I have a lot to say - starting with the fact that he did not check my rims and *assured* me it was my tires. After taking my car back, to try and find tires on my own (since he also told me he would not be not check my rims and *assured* me it was my tires. After taking my car back, to try and find tires on my own (since he also told me he would not be able to get them in stock for a month and that he had checked ALL local places), I come to find out it was a cracked rim with damage to my struts. This is *after* going to Tires Plus who told me they could get the tires in TWO DAYS! And they did! Then when they went to replace the tire is when Tires Plus saw the rim was cracked. I finally called Mercedes-Benz of Tampa who got me an appointment in 3 days, ordered a rim from the Jacksonville store that arrived in two days AND they told me that they had that tire in stock by the dozens! Wesley Chapel dealership made me lose TIME and MONEY bc I rented cars and missed work, due to the lies and laziness of their service department. I work at a big law firm and am now telling EVERYONE to avoid this dealership! More

I was extremely pleased with Service Director Michelle Jones in resolving a problem with a service scheduling. She was very courteous and professional in resolving my issue. I recently had issue with Brake Assist my car w New customer of Mercedes-Benz Wesley Chapel. So far my experience with Service Dept. is satisfactory. I recently had issue with Brake Assist my car were at the dealership for 4 days. The mechanic, Tanden, were on top of it communicating with MBenz Help Desk until he resolved the issue. Meanwhile Service Advisor, Susan Cardoso, is calling me at least 2x/day giving me an update. Just what I expected she would do. She's very responsible and pleasant to deal with. Susan deserves 5-star for her professionalism and outstanding service. More
Comparing service offered by Helms Brothers which we had for several years while we were in NYC, this dealer lags far behind. Customer service - didn’t feel as welcomed here. Not as friendly. No water bottl for several years while we were in NYC, this dealer lags far behind. Customer service - didn’t feel as welcomed here. Not as friendly. No water bottles offered, just coffee. No snacks. Even with COVID-19, packaged snacks were served (snack bars). Also, car would get complete cleaning when released back to us. More

Dealership was uncomfortable upon arrival. Drop off was at 7:20 a.m. Temperature felt like it was not maintained overnight. Thomas is the best. I have been working with him in service for about 2 yrs. He is considerate, efficient, knowledgeable, and always delivers on all aspects of servicing my car.
