I made appt. for my service. I had to wait several weeks for the appt. in order to have a loaner car available. I got a voicemail the day before telling me no l for my service. When I called, the service dept. was able to reassure me I would have the loaner, which worked out fine. The loaner is important to me. Thomas was my service writer, and he was easy to work with and professional. My service was taken care of timely, and Thomas communicated with me timely as well. More

First time servicing our GL since relocating from TN. Alem Vazquez, our Service Advisor, was very professional and helpful. He even provided updates on his day off. Very impressive. The customer service is good but the wait time was too long & they don’t have a food place. I was there for 4 hours with nothing to eat.
