I had a very easy experience with MB of Wesley Chapel. Roadside picked up my car, dropped it off, and Allen(service advisor) had my car fixed and back to me in just over a day. What's the point of an appointment? Twice this year, the shop was so far behind they estimated at least three days before the car would even been seen by a mechanic. That's three days they have to keep it on a lot, for whatever reason, that I'm without a car. I was left without a choice. Makes me seriously question buying another Mercedes. The second time, apparently I lucked out and it got done in less than 24 hours. The rest of the dealership seems great but something needs to be done about the shop. More
Had good service once I ordered a new key fob, but this dealership just doesn't seem to ever reply to any voicemails you leave them. The crazy part is they brought my wife in to look at possibly upgrading the vehicle. AutoNation has always been a scam. Had the same problem with a brand new Lincoln navigator in a battery replacement. Because I couldn’t find the receipt they wouldn’t replace the battery that was less than a year old steer clear from this conglomerate of scam artists. More

I wanted to by a prepaid service plan and instead of just buying the service plan, I had to go through Financing to buy the plan (even though I wasn't financing it). It took 5-10 minutes to get my car ready to be serviced and 50 minutes to but a service plan (about 40 of that was waiting). They need to find a better way to do this. Overall, the service was fine, but the amount of waiting for someone was not acceptable. More
