I'm relatively new to FL and was used to receiving exceptional service from MB of Music City (Nashville). After a couple visits to MB of Wesley Chapel, they have proven to provide the same level of se exceptional service from MB of Music City (Nashville). After a couple visits to MB of Wesley Chapel, they have proven to provide the same level of service I was accustomed to. Additionally, my Service Advisor, Michael (Austin) is awesome. Even though he had to take a few days off due to illness, I was still kept in the loop on my repair status. Net net, facilities are nice, service is great and their staff are all very personable and friendly. More
The 'Check Engine' light came on in my 2020 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 and I was able to slowly get it to the Benz dealership in Wesley Chapel (Northeast Tampa), Florida. The dealership carefully took the time ov GLC 300 and I was able to slowly get it to the Benz dealership in Wesley Chapel (Northeast Tampa), Florida. The dealership carefully took the time over several days to test the car and found that it had developed an usual defect in the Cylinder Head due to faulty materials used to make it. Under Warranty, the dealership ordered the parts that took weeks to come but after 4 weeks the car was repaired and I'm very satisfied. The car is now driving great! More
