My salesman at WCMB was Aymen, who was great. I test drove the model I wanted, but didn't care for the one they had in stock. About two weeks later he called to say a new color had arrived. DON'T TRUST THEIR PREOWNED CARS AND DON'T TRUST WHEN THEY SAY THE CAR IS READY TO GO AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO. I bought a Pre owned Mercedes GL 450, believing it would be better to get it directly from SAY THE CAR IS READY TO GO AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO. I bought a Pre owned Mercedes GL 450, believing it would be better to get it directly from the dealer (I bought it on saturday and picked it up on monday because they said they had to get it ready for me)on my way home the car overheated, the seats went crazy folding down, I talk to the seller about this and he said to take it back (overtheating I was amazed) to the dealer again, they offer me to fix the car, the car was already overheated and I do not want a car knowing this had happened to it, I asked for a refund, the seller said 2 or 3 days to get my money back, I wait 3 days and then show up at the dealer to pick up the check and the manager then said 10 days. NOW I don't have a car, I can't get one because they have my money, is this a revenge for not getting a car from them when you don't trust their quality anymore after what happened? More

It was a pleasant experience buying a CPO Mercedes at Wesley Chapel. My only complaint is none of my Mercedes Me Connect Services work because I bought this car on a Sunday and I guess the service depart Wesley Chapel. My only complaint is none of my Mercedes Me Connect Services work because I bought this car on a Sunday and I guess the service department needed to do an update. If I had known that I would not have taken the car. I now have to wait until Sept 1 to get in at my local MB dealership because the Wesley Chapel one is almost 2 hours away. I love my new car but am very frustrated and disappointed in this situation. More
This was the only dealership in the Tampa metro area that actually called me back and talked with me over the phone about my concerns. After scheduling an appointment to bring my car in for B service, Mike was very helpful, took the time to break down what was included in the service, communicated with me the entire time I was waiting at the dealership about the status of my vehicle and even set up a shuttle to take me over to the shops for lunch. This will be my go-to dealership for service moving forward. Very friendly, clean, professional environment. Everyone who I spoke with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident my vehicle was in good hands. More
