On July 26, I brought my 2018 GLC300 for scheduled servicing (B0). The assistant service manager, Mr. Thomas Allen pointed out that my tires were at a point of needing replacement and provided me with servicing (B0). This place isn't fit to sell Yugos. They tried to add over $7000 after we had a deal in place and claimed they were "protecting our customers". What crap! Deceptive service advisors.... asked for only what I needed done on my 10k mile A service. I was charged $600-700 and told this is what I needed, only to find out in my contract it states service A shou needed done on my 10k mile A service.
