Although I was surprised that my car was taken to Wesley Chapel rather than the Tampa dealership, the distance from Riverview happens to be somewhat similar. I must say that the staff at MB Wesley Chapel i Chapel rather than the Tampa dealership, the distance from Riverview happens to be somewhat similar. I must say that the staff at MB Wesley Chapel is friendlier than the staff at MB Tampa. I will be using MB Wesley Chapel again. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My car was towed by Mercedes roadside and my car was taken to Wesley Chapel instead of Tampa where my car was purchased from, 6 days they had my car My car was towed by Mercedes roadside and my car was taken to Wesley Chapel instead of Tampa where my car was purchased from, 6 days they had my car with not a phone call or an email telling me my car was there and never even offered me a loaner car until I had filed several complaints I got a call from the sales advisor at 130pm on the 6th day saying they have a loaner for me (an hour drive) and I have no car and work 2 jobs, but 6 days with no car they finally contacted me! This is supposed to be extreme customer service these cars aren’t cheap and I have a very expensive one, this will most likely be my LAST BENZ! So exhausted I’ve been on the phone for 2 days trying to locate my car and find out what’s going on! More

The service is always great, however I came in requesting service A2 per the message the car gave me, and what my invoice shows is Service B (much more expensive). I don't understand why but I didn't see it service A2 per the message the car gave me, and what my invoice shows is Service B (much more expensive). I don't understand why but I didn't see it until I got home and really looked at the bill.The car was ready at noon, but I wasn't given the bill for another 30 minutes. More
The drive from my house to the Dealership was a long one but absolutely worth it. Even though I got there at almost closing time, they still managed to service my car.
