Overall a very good experience. Sales and Sales Manager we’re fine however the Finance department was horrible, not advising of what they expect for payment from my credit union. Wasted over 3 hours to be told they weren’t going to acce department was horrible, not advising of what they expect for payment from my credit union. Wasted over 3 hours to be told they weren’t going to accept my credit unions check because they had already paid themselves for the vehicle I had financed they them and was trading in to MB. The GM was not in any way helpful except to tell us to use their financing! In the end, it was a Friday after 7pm and they said bring in a letter from your CU and we’ll do the deal. Mind you they knew the CU wasn’t opening until Monday, they sold the car Sunday! Turned around and did the same kind of deal (again) with MB of Tampa! Better car with less miles and top notch service! Autonation is NOT a company I will deal with in the future. More
Very dissatisfied! Had to ask for help and get another adviser after waiting 40 min on a schedule appointment. Had issues after a normal Service D. Air pressure wasn’t checked, strut problem was not dedicated and my wind tint on the driver side was damaged. No attempt to even come to a resolution. Unhappy especially since I’ve taken my car there for 8 years More
