Rodney did contact me yesterday and resolved the MB connect issue. When i came in on Saturday RODNEY had left feeling ill. Ray filled in and was great going through the paperwork and demo of car. WHEN WE DROVE OFF RAY SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE MB connect .somehow that did not happen. My only frustration was days of no return calls and no response to emails . It seems that only after I filled out and average review then i got a response. It should not have to take a mediocre review to get something to happen. I am pleased with the ne GLE AMG and the dealership in general. I plan now to try the service department for my MB cabriolet since getting to clearwater is preferable to sarasota or Tampa..
